Terms of Use

These Terms apply when you use Job Numbers, including its free calculators and the optional paid My Numbers subscription.

Job Numbers is a registered business name operated by Boris Mondy Dimitrov, ABN 75 942 302 867.

The service

Job Numbers provides free business calculators and optional paid persistence and convenience features through My Numbers.

We do the maths. You make the decision. Calculator results and saved figures are general information, not professional advice. Please read the Disclaimer for the important limits that apply.

Accounts and authentication

The free calculators do not require an account. My Numbers requires authentication using Google or a passwordless code sent to your email address. There are no Job Numbers passwords.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate access to and security over the email or Google account used to authenticate. You must not access another person's Job Numbers account without authority.

My Numbers subscription

My Numbers is offered as a recurring subscription:

• A$2 per month — automatically renews monthly until cancelled; or
• A$20 per year — automatically renews annually until cancelled.

The annual option may be presented as the preferred or default selection. Stripe processes subscription payments and provides the hosted checkout and subscription-management service.

Cancellation and refunds

You can manage or cancel your subscription using Manage Subscription in My Numbers. Cancellation stops future automatic renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. My Numbers remains accessible until that paid-through date.

Cancellation ordinarily prevents the next renewal rather than automatically refunding the current paid period. This does not exclude any refund, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

Payment problems

If a subscription payment cannot be successfully collected, access to paid My Numbers functionality may eventually cease. Free calculator access remains separate from the paid subscription.

Saved data

My Numbers stores selected business figures for convenience. Cancelling or ending a subscription does not itself delete those saved figures. Retained data may become accessible again if the subscription is restarted.

My Numbers is not an accounting, payroll, HR, CRM or permanent recordkeeping system. Keep appropriate independent records of business-critical information. Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

Online services can occasionally be unavailable, maintained or changed. Job Numbers does not promise uninterrupted availability or a service-level guarantee. We will not continue charging indefinitely for paid functionality that we have permanently withdrawn without providing an appropriate cancellation, replacement or remedy as required by law.

Free calculator functionality and optional My Numbers account persistence are separate parts of the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use Job Numbers unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access, attack or interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or use automated activity in a way that materially harms the service or other users.

Intellectual property

Job Numbers branding, website content and software are owned by or licensed to the operator and may be used only as reasonably necessary to use the service. You retain responsibility for and any rights you have in information you provide.

Responsibility and Australian law

Use of Job Numbers is subject to the Disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, Job Numbers is not responsible for loss caused by relying on calculator results or saved figures without checking their suitability for your circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law.

Job Numbers is an Australian service operated by the Australian sole trader identified above. These Terms are governed by the laws applying in Australia, subject to any rights or laws that apply to you and cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when Job Numbers, My Numbers or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published here with its updated date. Material changes affecting a current paid subscription will be communicated where reasonably appropriate.
