Job Numbers provides calculators and informational tools designed to help Australian businesses understand common business numbers.
Job Numbers is a registered business name operated by Boris Mondy Dimitrov, ABN 75 942 302 867.
We do the maths. You make the decision.
General information only
The information and results provided by Job Numbers are for general informational and educational purposes only.
Job Numbers does not provide accounting, tax, financial, legal, employment, HR, payroll, licensing, insurance or other professional advice.
Calculator results are estimates based on the information you enter and the assumptions used by each calculator. They may not include every cost, obligation, tax, fee, entitlement or circumstance relevant to your business.
Saving a result in My Numbers does not make it more accurate, authoritative or suitable for your circumstances.
Check your numbers
You are responsible for deciding whether a calculation or result is appropriate for your circumstances.
Before relying on Job Numbers to make a significant business, pricing, employment, financial or contractual decision, you should check the relevant figures and obtain professional advice where appropriate.
Job Numbers should be used as a decision-support tool, not as a substitute for professional advice or your own judgement .
Business inputs and changing circumstances
Calculations may involve GST, superannuation, wages and employment costs, pricing and hourly rates, revenue targets, vehicle costs, markup and margin, equipment payback or hiring decisions.
Rates, laws, thresholds, costs and business circumstances can change. You are responsible for checking that your inputs and the calculator assumptions remain appropriate and current for your situation.
Where tax, employment, financial, contractual or regulatory consequences matter, confirm the position using current authoritative information and obtain suitably qualified advice where appropriate.
My Numbers
My Numbers stores selected business figures for convenience. Saved values may be offered as defaults in relevant calculators, but they remain inputs—not guarantees, recommendations or professional advice.
You are responsible for keeping saved information current. You can override a saved default for an individual calculation. Doing so does not necessarily update the value stored in My Numbers; persistent changes require an explicit save or update action.
My Numbers does not turn Job Numbers into accounting, payroll, HR, fleet-management or business-record software.
Regulatory and licensing information
Some Job Numbers tools may provide general information or alerts relating to licences, registrations, permits, thresholds or other regulatory requirements.
These features are intended as a helpful heads-up only.
Laws, thresholds, classifications and regulatory requirements can change and may depend on the exact type of work, location, contract value and circumstances.
Job Numbers does not determine whether you are legally permitted, licensed, registered or insured to perform particular work.
Always confirm current requirements directly with the relevant government authority or regulator before undertaking regulated work.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to make Job Numbers useful and keep its calculators and information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every calculation, result or piece of information will always be complete, accurate, current or suitable for your circumstances.
The website and its tools may also occasionally be unavailable, changed or updated.
Free calculator operation and optional My Numbers storage are separate parts of the product. A problem with authentication, subscription checking or saved data should not change the calculator mathematics, but persisted account features may sometimes be unavailable.
Do not treat My Numbers as the sole permanent record of business-critical information. Keep appropriate independent business, accounting and employment records where required.
If something looks wrong, check the calculation independently before relying on it.
Shared and printed calculations
Job Numbers may allow calculations to be shared using a link or printed or saved as a PDF.
These outputs reflect the information entered and the calculator logic available at the time they were created.
A shared or printed calculation should not be treated as a quote, invoice, contract, financial statement, professional report or other formal business document unless you independently choose to use the information for that purpose.
External links
Job Numbers may link to government regulators and other third-party websites for convenience.
Payment, authentication, hosting and other account-related functions may also be provided through third-party services. Their services may occasionally be unavailable and are governed by their own terms and policies.
We do not control third-party websites and cannot guarantee that their content will remain available, accurate or unchanged.
Where regulatory information is important to your decision, rely on the relevant authority's current published information.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Job Numbers is not responsible for loss, damage, cost or other consequences arising from reliance on calculator results or information provided through the website.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law.
