Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 September 2026
Job Numbers provides free calculators that can be used without an account, plus an optional paid feature called My Numbers for people who choose to save selected business figures.
Job Numbers is a registered business name operated by Boris Mondy Dimitrov, ABN 75 942 302 867.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use Job Numbers and how that information is handled.
Using calculators without an account
You do not need an account or My Numbers subscription to use the calculators or receive calculator results.
Calculator inputs are processed in your browser to produce results. They are not automatically saved to My Numbers merely because you use a calculator. Normal website, analytics and technical information may still be collected as described below.
Some calculators can place calculation information into a shareable link so that a calculation can be reopened or shared. Anyone who receives that link may be able to view the information encoded in it. Avoid putting sensitive, confidential or personally identifying information into calculator fields or shared links.
My Numbers
My Numbers is an optional paid feature for authenticated users who want Job Numbers to remember selected business figures for later use. Nothing is saved to My Numbers unless you take an explicit save or update action.
Information currently saved through My Numbers can include:
- Business details: an optional business name, optional ABN and GST registration status;
- Pricing figures: a target hourly rate and supporting pricing figures;
- Revenue figures: weekly, daily and annual revenue targets and related working assumptions;
- Vehicles: a short vehicle label and calculated vehicle-cost figures; and
- Employees: a short first name, nickname or role label and calculated employment-cost figures.
Employee records are intentionally lightweight. Job Numbers does not ask you to use My Numbers as an employee personnel, payroll or HR database. Do not enter surnames or sensitive employee information such as contact details, tax file numbers, bank details, medical information or employment documents.
My Numbers is designed to retain useful business figures while limiting identifying information. It is not a CRM, accounting ledger, payroll system or general employee-record system.
Account and authentication information
You may sign in to My Numbers using Google or a passwordless code sent to your email address. Supabase provides the underlying authentication service. Google processes an optional Google sign-in, and Resend delivers transactional authentication emails for the email-code flow.
Job Numbers receives account information needed to identify and operate your account, such as your email address, authentication identifier and session information. If you use Google sign-in, Google and Supabase may process information needed to authenticate you in accordance with their respective policies.
Job Numbers does not provide or store a Job Numbers password because Job Numbers does not use passwords.
Payments and subscriptions
Stripe processes My Numbers subscription payments and provides hosted checkout and subscription-management services. Card and payment-method details are submitted to and handled by Stripe rather than stored directly by Job Numbers.
Job Numbers receives and maintains the information needed to associate a subscription with your account and determine your access, such as billing period, subscription state, renewal or end date and trusted Stripe customer and subscription references. This is payment-related information, but it does not include your complete card details.
Website analytics
Google Analytics
Job Numbers uses Google Analytics to measure website usage.
Google Analytics may collect information such as:
- website visits and sessions;
- pages and features used;
- approximate geographic location;
- browser and device information; and
- interactions with the website.
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to distinguish users and sessions.
Job Numbers uses this information to understand website usage, identify which tools are useful and improve the site.
Google provides more information about how it processes information through Google Analytics in its privacy documentation.
Microsoft Clarity
Job Numbers currently uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the website.
Clarity may collect device, browser and website-interaction information through technologies such as cookies and may provide behavioural metrics, heatmaps and session replay information.
Job Numbers currently configures Clarity with Strict masking to reduce the page content visible in recordings. Masking does not make Clarity anonymous or prevent it from collecting all device, usage and interaction information.
This helps Job Numbers to understand how visitors navigate and interact with the site and identify opportunities to improve its usability.
Microsoft provides further information about how it collects and processes information in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Analytics services are used to understand use of the website. They are not used as the database for saved My Numbers records.
Cookies, browser storage and similar technologies
Job Numbers and its service providers may use cookies, local browser storage and similar technologies to operate authentication, preserve a session, complete a Google or Stripe flow, temporarily carry an intended save through sign-in, measure website use and provide PWA functionality.
Your browser may allow you to block, restrict or delete cookies. Doing so may affect sign-in, My Numbers, payment flows, saved app assets or the information available through analytics services. The free calculators are designed to remain usable without a My Numbers account.
Other information we may receive
Limited technical information may be collected automatically when you visit the site, whether or not you have an account.
This can include information such as your device or browser type, approximate location, website activity and other technical information provided through website hosting or analytics services.
If you contact Job Numbers directly, we may also receive the information you choose to provide as part of that communication.

Retention
Saved My Numbers data is retained with your account so it remains available when you return. Ending a My Numbers subscription removes access after the paid period ends but does not automatically delete the saved data. If My Numbers is restarted, access to that retained data can be restored.
Account and authentication information is retained while needed to operate and secure the account. Subscription and billing records are retained as reasonably necessary to administer subscriptions, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal, tax or accounting obligations. Analytics and technical information is retained according to the settings and policies of the relevant services.
Information may be deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to legitimate operational and legal retention needs.
Security
Job Numbers uses reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect account and saved information. These include authenticated access controls and trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, data storage and payments.
No online service can guarantee perfect security. You should use an email or Google account that you control and avoid entering information that Job Numbers does not need.
Access, correction and deletion
You can update or delete individual saved Business, Pricing, Revenue, Vehicle and Employee records through My Numbers while your subscription provides access. Job Numbers does not currently provide a self-service Delete Account button.
To request access to, correction of or deletion of account information or retained My Numbers data, email privacy@jobnumbers.com.au from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Some information may need to be retained where reasonably required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
